Five Steps to Better Living

Define your goals, remembering to address and integrate the four fundamental human needs and capacities: physical, social/emotional, mental, and spiritual. Write down your goals and review them regularly.

02. View the healing video tape or Internet files for seven days to activate your subconscious mind's ability to heal and to achieve your dreams.

03. Stay focused and keep your thoughts positive. Positive thoughts (loving, caring, sharing) yield positive results (health, wealth, happiness). Negative thoughts (dislike, indifference, selfishness) yield negative results (misery, disease, poverty, isolation).

04. Be pro-active in managing your stress, listen to the audiotape when you need it.

05. Trust that you intuitively know what to do. Allow yourself to follow your Intuition.
