Returns must be made within 10 days after receiving your order with your receipt or printed copy of the shipment confirmation email. Unopened merchandise may be exchanged for credit. Opened or defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item only. Use the return address included with your order. Be sure to indicate the reason for your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Please allow up to 3 weeks for returns to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns.
